Quality Policy

The Management of WORLD TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS & LOGISTICS S.L., a company dedicated to national and international freight forwarding services (sea, air and land). National and international road transport of temperature-controlled medicines. Customs clearance and warehousing of goods (excluding medicines).

Declares that Quality is a permanent objective in all the services carried out in the organization.

In order to obtain the best results in the monitoring of this policy, the top management has opted for the implementation of a Quality Management System based on the reference standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and the Guidelines of November 5, 2013 on good practice in the distribution of medicinal products for human use (2013/C 343/01).

In carrying out its activities, the organization’s focus is on the following aspects:

  1. Meeting the requirements and expectations of our customers. Knowing the implicit and explicit needs of customers, both current and future, to ensure that the services are satisfactory to them.
  2. To implement and maintain, through the responsibility and participation of all members of the organization and those who work on its behalf, a Quality Management System.
  3. The adequate training of the personnel, so that they carry out their activities with the required Quality levels, so that they are aware of the risks derived from their jobs, making them participants in the respect of our policy in all their activities.
  4. The participation of our workers and suppliers in the improvement of the System, through communication and consultation. For the effective application of these principles it is absolutely necessary the support of both the management team and all parties involved in the provision of the service.
  5. The commitment to continuous improvement of our processes and working conditions, towards the Quality of our services and customer satisfaction.
  6. Identify and assess the aspects and impacts of our activities and services that can be controlled and those that can be influenced within the defined scope of the Quality Management System, taking into account developments, new or modified services in order to reduce them as far as possible to achieve a high level of quality.
  7. Compliance with the requirements offered to customers, consolidating their confidence in the organization.Compliance with the applicable legal requirements and others that the Organization subscribes to related to Quality.
  8. WORLD TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS & LOGISTICS S.L. evaluates its suppliers. Based on this evaluation our suppliers are approved and as long as there are no non-conformities in the services provided by these suppliers that make the evaluation unfavorable, they will remain as approved suppliers.

This policy is included in the strategy of WORLD TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS & LOGISTICS S.L, whose quality objectives are to occupy a leading position in the sector and to obtain customer satisfaction, offering superior value in quality, efficiency, service and overall cost.

This Policy:

  • It is presented in order to constitute the reference framework for establishing and reviewing the Quality objectives and goals of WORLD TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS & LOGISTICS S.L..
  • It is available to all interested parties who claim knowledge of it and is communicated to all persons working for or on behalf of the organization, with the purpose of making them aware of their individual obligations in terms of Quality and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
  • It is reviewed periodically to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the requirements of WORLD TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS & LOGISTICS S.L. and its Quality Management System.
  • It is known by each of the members of WORLD TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS & LOGISTICS S.L, who accept the responsibility to comply with it and to enforce it to all personnel in their charge.
