World Transport Solutions & Logistics, S.L. undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures, according to the level of security appropriate to the risk of the data collected.
Laws incorporated in this privacy policy
This privacy policy is adapted to the Spanish and European regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data on the Internet. Specifically, it respects the following rules:
Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) (particularly, its article 10);
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data;
Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, 1999, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD).

Registration of Personal Data
The personal data collected by wtsl.es, through the forms provided on its pages, will be entered into an automated file under the responsibility of the Data Controller, and duly declared and registered in the Central Registry of the Data Protection Agency which can be consulted on the website of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfill the commitments established between World Transport Solutions & Logistics, S. L. and the User or the maintenance of the relationship established in the forms that the User fills out, or to respond to a request or query from the User.
Principles applicable to the processing of personal data
The processing of the User’s personal data will be subject to the following principles contained in Article 5 of the RGPD:
Principle of lawfulness, fairness and transparency: the consent of the User will be required at all times after fully transparent information of the purposes for which the personal data is collected.
Purpose limitation principle: personal data will be collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.
Principle of data minimization: the personal data collected will be only those strictly necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
Accuracy principle: personal data must be accurate and always up to date.
Principle of limitation of storage time: personal data will only be kept in a form that allows the identification of the User for the time necessary for the purposes of their processing.
Principle of integrity and confidentiality: personal data will be treated in such a way as to ensure their security and confidentiality.
Principle of proactive responsibility: the Data Controller shall be responsible for ensuring that the above principles are complied with.
Category of personal data
The categories of data processed by World Transport Solutions & Logistics, S.L. are only data of an identifying nature. In no case are processed special categories of personal data related to Article 9 of the GDPR.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the express consent. World Transport Solutions & Logistics, S.L. undertakes to obtain the express and verifiable consent of the User for the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes.
The user will have the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time. It will be as easy to withdraw consent as to give it.
On the occasions when the User must or may provide their data through a form to make inquiries, request information or for reasons related to the content of the Website, you will be informed in each case that the completion of any of them is mandatory because they are essential for the proper conduct of the operation performed.
Purposes of the processing for which the personal data is used.
Personal data are collected and managed by World Transport Solutions & Logistics S.L. in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfill the commitments established between the Website and the User or the maintenance of the relationship established in the forms that the latter fills or to respond to a request or inquiry.
Likewise, the data may be used for the commercial purpose of personalization, operational, statistics and activities of the corporate purpose World Transport Solutions & Logistics, S.L., as well as for the extraction, storage of data and marketing studies to adapt the Content offered to the User, as well as to improve the quality, operation and navigation of the Website.
Retention period of personal data
Personal data will only be retained until the end of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the legally required periods.
Secrecy and security of personal data
World Transport Solutions & Logistics S.L. undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures, according to the level of security appropriate to the risk of the data collected, so as to ensure the security of personal data and prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, or unauthorized communication or access to such data.
However, because World Transport Solutions & Logistics S.L. cannot guarantee the impregnability of the Internet or the total absence of hackers or others who fraudulently access personal data, the Data Controller undertakes to notify the User without undue delay when a breach of security of personal data occurs that is likely to involve a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. In accordance with Article 4 of the GDPR, a breach of security of personal data means any breach of security resulting in the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, or the unauthorized disclosure of or access to such data.
Personal data will be treated as confidential by the Data Controller, who undertakes to inform and to ensure by means of a legal or contractual obligation that such confidentiality is respected by any person to whom he/she makes the information accessible.
Rights deriving from the processing of personal data
The User has over World Transport Solutions & Logistics S.L. and may, therefore, exercise against the Data Controller the following rights recognized in the RGPD:
Right of access: the User shall have the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning him/her are being processed and, if so, the right of access to the personal data and to the following information: the purposes of the processing; the categories of personal data concerned; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data were or will be communicated, in particular recipients in third parties or international organizations; if possible, the expected period of retention of the personal data or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine this period; the existence of the right to request from the controller the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning the data subject, or to object to such processing.
Right of rectification: The User shall have the right to obtain without undue delay from the controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the User shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of an additional statement.
Right to erasure (the right “to be forgotten”): The User shall have the right to obtain without undue delay from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him/her, who shall be obliged to erase without undue delay the personal data where any of the following circumstances apply:
- The personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
- The User withdraws the consent on which the processing is based pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR and the consent is not based on another legal basis;
- The User objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR, and no other legitimate grounds for the processing prevail, or the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(2) of the GDPR;
- The personal data have been unlawfully processed;
- The personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law applicable to the controller;
- The personal data have been obtained in connection with the provision of information society services referred to in Article 8(1) of the GDPR.
Where it has made the personal data public and is obliged, pursuant to paragraph 1, to erase such data, the controller shall, taking into account available technology and the cost of its implementation, take reasonable steps, including technical measures, with a view to informing controllers who are processing the personal data of the data subject’s request for the erasure of any link to those personal data, or any copy or replica thereof.
Right to limitation of processing: The User shall have the right to obtain from the controller the limitation of the processing of the data when any of the following conditions are met:
- The User contests the accuracy of the personal data, for a period of time that allows the controller to verify the accuracy of the data;
- The processing is unlawful and the User objects to the deletion of the personal data and requests instead the limitation of its use;
- The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the User needs them for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims;
- The User has objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR, while it is being verified whether the legitimate reasons of the controller prevail over those of the data subject.
Where the processing of personal data has been restricted pursuant to Article 18(1) of the GDPR, such data may only be processed, with the exception of their retention, with the consent of the User or for the purposes of the formulation, exercise or defense of claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or of a particular Member State.
Right to restriction of processing: The controller shall communicate any rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing carried out pursuant to Article 16, Article 17(1) and Article 18 of the GDPR to each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed, unless this is impossible or would require a disproportionate effort. The data controller shall inform the data subject about such recipients, if the data subject so requests.
Right to data portability: The User shall have the right to receive personal data concerning him/her, which he/she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller without being prevented from doing so by the controller to whom he/she had provided it, when:
- The processing is based on consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) or a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
- The processing is carried out by automated means.
When exercising his/her right to data portability in accordance with Article 20(1) of the GDPR, the User shall have the right to have personal data transmitted directly from controller to controller where technically feasible.
Right to object: The User shall have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to personal data concerning him or her being processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR, including profiling on the basis of those provisions. The controller shall cease processing the personal data, unless it establishes compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of claims.
Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling: The User has the right not to be subject to an individualized decision based solely on automated processing of his or her personal data, including profiling, unless otherwise provided by law.
Thus, the User may exercise his/her rights by sending an email to the Data Controller with the reference “RGPD- World Transport Solutions & Logistics S.L.”, specifying:
- Name and surname of the User and a copy of the User’s ID.
- Request with the specific reasons for the request or information to which access is desired.
- Address for notification purposes.
- Date and signature of the applicant.
- Any document that accredits the request.

The Website may include hyperlinks or links that allow access to third party websites other than World Transport Solutions & Logistics S.L., and therefore are not operated by World Transport Solutions & Logistics S.L. Claims before the control authority
In the event that the User considers that there is a problem or infringement of current regulations in the way in which they are treating their personal data will be entitled to effective judicial protection and to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (http://www.agpd.es).
Acceptance and changes to this privacy policy
It is necessary that the User has read and agrees to the conditions on the protection of personal data and contained in this Privacy Policy, as well as to accept the processing of their personal data so that the Data Controller can access for the purposes indicated. The use of the Web Site will imply the acceptance of the Privacy Policy of the same.
